What was your each day work or basic occupation when you began your lateral hustle and bustle?
I began my profession as a automobile seller at South Motors Honda, where I worked for three years. This experience helped me develop my sales and marketing skills. From there, I launched my first business, Xperience Miami, a company renting skiing.

When did you begin your side hustle and bustle and where did you discover inspiration for it?
In June 2023, I launched activities in the field of Łódź rental – not inspired, but out of necessity. At that point, my Jet Ski rental company was forced to shut because of the latest regulations in Miami Beach. I had two young children to support, so I jumped faith. I said my last fragment of the financing of my first yacht, hoping that this undertaking will start.

What were some of the first steps you took to gather your site from the ground?
After buying my first yacht, I asked myself: How can I stand out? I spent hours in the market examination and got here across a boatetter, which I considered the essential opportunity. Instead of using a boatetter to fill the gaps in my schedule, like many other charter operators, I entered. I built my whole business model around their platform, using a strategy much like Airbnb arbitration – but in the case of Łódź. This decision made a difference.

What were some of the biggest challenges you encountered while building your side hustle and bustle and how did you progress with them?
One of the biggest challenges was a breach of industry narrative. At that point, many in the sailing community in Miami thought Boatetter as an addition to traditional charters. When I told those that I devoted my full platform schedule, I used to be called crazy. But I believed in my vision and trusted the platform. This trust has paid off.

How long did it take you with a coherent monthly revenues? How much did the lateral hustle and bustle earn?
Within two to three months I started to watch coherent revenues. In my third month I reached $ 20,000. By the end of 2023, an average of USD 30,000 per month.

What does growth and revenues appear to be now?
Today I have six yachts and a partner for two more. My company generated over 3 million dollars of sales, with about 70% of those revenues from Boatsetter. Our fleet is now valued at over $ 4 million, and every investment – including the first yacht, which I financed as a leap of religion – is fully paid.

What do you want best about running this business?
I really like people I meet and the incontrovertible fact that we are the most vital event of somebody’s holidays. For many travelers, renting a yacht in Miami is a dream and I’m proud that these moments are unforgettable.

What is your advice for others who want to begin successful side staff or own full -time firms?
Build a strong team and create a family culture. None of this is able to be possible without amazing people around me. My partner Henry together with Celine, Chris, Jorge, Amanda and many others played a key role in this journey. From the very starting I didn’t have much, but I had a determination – and I assign a lot of success for Battester, which gave me a platform and tools for development.

First of all, put on yourself. I had my first child at the age of 17 and the second at the age of 19 and I knew that failure was not an option. Everything I built was for my children, Angelina and Aleksander. They are my best motivation and my biggest “why”.
