
Matt Orlic, co-founder and general director of Skincare-Tech Brand QureFor the first time, she looked closely at entrepreneurship when he was only 17 years old. He worked on a lead generation in a coaching company. “I called the companies all day, trying to arrange meetings for business trainers to go and see them,” says Olica Entrepreneur. “This day I was exposed to hundreds of companies.”

About six months of this role, Orlica was able to hit alone. One of his mentors agreed to support in the establishment of a company that provided lead generation services to business trainers. Orlica sold this company at the age of 20 Pro Sports Groupwhich produces training products and Inspire a group of brandswhich develops and sells consumer brands.
But when Orlica was 25 years old, his largest customer, a billion dollars Australian retailer Dick Smith, went bankrupt. The young entrepreneur lost $ 5 million overnight. “I almost lost all business, I lost millions of dollars in cash,” recalls Orlica. “And then I started a digital journey – because I understood [that I was] for the grace of all these sellers. Then I went to the digital approach with brands. “
Orlica admits that “the victim’s mentality began to penetrate,” because he spent so many years building his activity to see the way it falls apart. But he didn’t want this cycle of negative considering to stop him, so he considered all the ultra-useful founders who experienced an early, destructive loss-and used the opportunity to put in writing their very own story. “I felt like it was just my piece of debt, which I had to pay back [for success]”Says Orlica.

Because at such a young age he became an entrepreneur, Orlica has already reached a point where “nothing really was good” in the industry before his 30th birthday. He turned to psychologists and spiritual advisers, who presented him with the idea of ”authentic money” compared to “inactive money”. What’s more, Orlica didn’t want his sister Kristina Orlic to make the same mistake he made. Kristina is the manager of the operation and brand in Inspire in addition to co-founder and general director of Qure, which the team of brother-siostra began due to his passion for skincare.
When Matt lived in Croatia, Kristina sent him skincare packages with notes on the use of products. Then Kristina came over and noticed how well the products work – and Matt had to confess that he didn’t use them at all.

Qure officially entered the market in 2022 and by the end of 2025 is on the right track to realize $ 50 million revenues. As a serial entrepreneur who founded his first younger business than the majority, Orlic has a few words of wisdom for beginner founders: they have perseverance to begin and remain concentrated.
