For those that may not get acquainted with his origin, Mitsotakis brings a fascinating mixture of experience to the table. Before entering politics, he worked at each McKinsey and the Chase Investment Bank, giving him first -hand experience in the business world, which will appreciate many operators throughout the entire startup ecosystem. The youngest of 4 children, he also has some corridor academic references in the Silicon Valley-he went to Harvard, and then to Stanford to get a master’s degree in diplomacy, and eventually won MBA in the Harvard Business School-i says that his education has long shaped his vision of his future Greece.
Mitsotakis has been based on Greece’s technological transformation for many years. In fact, after navigation around the country by Pandemia, he doubled Athena’s positioning as the emerging technology center, recently introducing initiatives to draw international talents, including tax incentives and reforms to limit bureaucratic bureaucracy for latest corporations.
The prime minister comes from a political family – his father was a prime minister, and his sister was the mayor of the Athenians – but he carved his popularity of the reformer focused on the modernization of the Greek economy. His administration was particularly interested in how technology will help diversify known traditional Greek strengths, reminiscent of shipping and tourism.
