Nintendo has restored the night game console when people around the world were waiting in a queue to get Nintendo Switch 2.
For the first time in eight years, Nintendo fans had the opportunity to attend in a queue, like good days, when they spent lots of of dollars on a recent game console and its accessories. Switch 2 replaces the switch that debuted in 2017 and sold 150 million pieces.
I waited in the queue and shopped in the recent Nintendo store at Union Square in San Francisco. The first in the queue was 15 -year -old Dean, who was dressed like an Irish drug. He told me that he arrived at 7 am, which was about 14 hours before the premiere of the Pacific. Despite this, he said that he was pleased to drop perhaps 1000 USD on a 2 USD 2 switch (or 50 USD less, if you do not buy the Mario Kart World package). This was his first console premiere event.
At the money stand, Nintendo dignitaries were trained by their superiors to pass the console from one dignitary (Nintendo of America Evp Devon Pritchard) to a different, until Dean got him Bill Trinen.
The San Francisco store is only the second in the USA and was opened just a few weeks ago. The second Nintendo store is situated in New York. Greg Miller, a celebrity, was there.

It was good to go to the premiere of the console, regardless that there was a long expectation and initially a relatively small number of people. However, at the end of the evening crowds appeared, some dressed for their favorite figures of Nintendo. I left the door with about 750 USD in goods, including my Switch 2 and its flagship game, Mario Kart World. I also have to play a few rounds of knockout at Mario Cards World Game on the Switch 2. I met a creator who remembered me as a cup guy. Fortunately, I didn’t come to the last place in Mario Cards World during my second attempt.

An ornamental store is a paradise for Nintendo fans, with exceptional equipment for San Francisco itself in the form of t -shirts and other equipment. There are 12 pikmin statues in the whole store, with accessories set at tables for your favorite franchises, comparable to Mario, Princess Peach, Zelda, Pikmin, Pokemon, Splatoon, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Animal Crossing and many others.
I think that Switch 2 shall be high quality, even if most of the games are in the franchise. In fact, Nintendo culture is so large with such things comparable to Mario Kart and the film Super Mario Bros. (who made $ 1.4 billion at the ticket office) that individuals wish to get involved with her on every walk – including in retail stores.

Although these “premieres of the North” are becoming rarer, I encourage fans to try them from time to time. They do not occur as often as they was once, because in some corporations digital sales accounts for 95% of all game revenues. I have to recollect with other game journalists about how we was once nearby to participate in events like this.
It is value hearing how the employees of the Nintendo store clap, and Dean was holding the first console over the glory head when he went out the door.
