Companies in many industries implement AI agents for internal use, automating a big selection of tasks.
In the financial sector, AI agents are of key importance for detecting fraud. They can analyze huge amounts of transaction data in real time. Meanwhile, sales organizations use AI agents to collect data on potential customers. These AI sales agents can search information on the network and social media.
To be effective, these agents have to access the Internet and find information from the right sources, and all this by following the company’s rules and reflecting the operation of a human researcher.
Connecting an agent directly with a large language model, reminiscent of chatgpt without security specific to the company, can lead to highly inappropriate results.
