How long did it take you with a coherent monthly revenues? How much did the lateral hustle and bustle earn?
It took about three months after launching coherent monthly revenues, but Covid-19 closed all our original revenue streams overnight. Almost immediately we went from external, catering markets and stadiums to zero and we needed to rotate to E -commerce. In 2021 ours Shark tank The episode issued and we achieved $ 1 million revenues. This moment proved that there was a real demand for pizza cupcakes and gave us confidence that they’d bend in retail.
What does growth and revenues appear like now?

What do you want best about running this business?
I’m still emotional when someone tells me: “My daughter is picky, but she loves pizza cupcake” or when the client shares that he is a hit at their party. But most, it signifies that my 3-year light will light up when it eats them. He will say “so delicious, mother” and even asks for pizza in his school lunch. Such moments remind me of why we began it: creating something that seems unique, tastes fresh, uses higher ingredients and facilitates the feeling of mother’s guilt that it does not cook a meal from scratch. Pizza Cupcake was a part of every special opportunity and gathering in our lives, and now it also becomes for other families. I like sharing this joy and creating these significant moments around our products the most.

What is your best, useful business advice?
Don’t wait for the perfect one. Start a small, take your product in front of real people and treat each step as a likelihood to check, learn and improve. Feedback is the whole lot and you won’t ever have all the answers at once, but listening to your customers is the way you improve.
The next lesson we learned early was the strength of focus. It is tempting to do the whole lot at once, but narrowing on our two best SKU, Margherita and Pepperoni, gave us adhesion that we would have liked for growth. After obtaining credibility and building the appropriate infrastructure, you may develop. At first, there is more of it.
