Early-stage enterprise capital fund Betaworks announced Top 10 Companies Launching from his prestigious Camp programThe 13-week, twice-yearly residency program launched in 2016, giving strategy to names resembling Hugging Face and Graze Social.
The predominant theme of this yr’s Camp is Interfaces, as is the case with companies designing products that influence the way users experience artificial intelligence. (Previous camp topics focused on application layers and agents). Registrations opened in June, and the camp began in August, with DemoDay falling on November 4.

Den — A browser extension founded by Sid Banothu that tracks shopping habits.
Primitive — An internet application that allows users to submit ideas by voice, which the platform then turns into a list of tasks and to-dos. The product, founded by Kasey Klimes, may also be combined with other productivity tools resembling Notion and calendars.
Patina — Founded by Sean Raspet and Laura Sisson, the company is working on olfactory technology to create “smell photographs” by combining protein folding, olfactory receptors and graph neural networks.

Nubrain — Founded by Priyanka Jain and Ingo Marquardt, the company creates EEG data (a test used to record the brain’s electrical activity) to assist translate human thoughts into speech, text and images.
Presq — Founded by Adam Saleh, Steve Burstyn and Mikey Robins, this platform allows influencers to upload data to quickly create options that will allow them to create production-ready footwear. It plans to expand into other product areas resembling eyewear and home appliances soon.
Liveliness — Founded by Conor Sanchez O’Shea and Gabriel Duemichen, this company helps people focus while working on a desktop computer by removing distractions from their view. It tracks users’ attention and maps the habits of individuals working on desktop computers.
