Kirsten Green, founding partner, forerunner
Kirsten Green is the founder and managing partner of the company Precursorconsumer-focused capital working with ambitious founders and firms redefining industries.
Combining an unconventional and effective combination of skilled experience and established investment expertise, Green launched San Francisco-based Forerunner in 2012 and has since led the company to build up nearly $3 billion in assets under management. Kirsten’s 25+ years of experience in investment evaluation and success comes from a combination of product knowledge, consumer insight, research and a thesis-driven approach that has informed all of her investments – from pre-revenue startups to multi-billion dollar enterprises. Her early roles as investors and board members included Faire, Hims & Hers, Chime, Ritual, Daydream, Decagon, Warby Parker, Wonder and Balance.

Kevin Hartz is a co-founder and general partner in the company AND*enterprise capital firms at an early stage of development. He co-founded Eventbrite, a publicly traded company, and served as CEO for the first 11 years of the company’s existence. Before joining Eventbrite, Kevin co-founded Xoom, a money transfer company that was acquired by PayPal in 2015 for over $1 billion. He is a prolific technology investor who has backed firms equivalent to PayPal, Airbnb, Pinterest, Ramp, Trulia, Anduril at the seed stage, and was an early investor in Uber, Palantir, SpaceX, Square, Gusto, Decagon, Ramp and many others.

Aileen Lee, founder and managing partner of Cowboy Ventures
Aileen Lee is the founder Cowboy venturesa leading seed-stage enterprise capital firm investing in enterprise and consumer software, including firms equivalent to Dollar Shave Club, Drata Security, Guild and Ironclad Software. Prior to joining Cowboy, Aileen was a partner at Kleiner Perkins for over a decade, founder and CEO of RMG Networks, an early digital media company, and worked at Gap Inc. in operational positions.

Kevin Rose is a partner in Real ventures and founder and CEO of the newly launched social media platform Kopwhere he currently serves as president of the management board, investor and key advisor. Rose’s entrepreneurial profession spans multiple startups, including the original Digg, Revision3, Zero, Oak, and PROOF. He has held leadership roles equivalent to CEO of HODINKEE and General Partner at Google Ventures, supporting firms equivalent to Uber, Slack and Nextdoor.
