Entrepreneur Real Estate and the long-term star “Shark Tank” Barbara Corcoran says that she hired 1000’s of individuals during her career-in this employment (and shooting) of her own mother.
Now the 75-year-old investor and mentor shares his advice when it involves what to look for during employment. And if you think you would like a strong CV to work with Corcoran, you could be flawed.
“I have hired thousands of people over the years and this is the first thing I have learned,” says Corcoran in the film Posted on Instagram. “Always hire an attitude over experience.”
“You have someone with the right attitude, you can teach him everything!” Corcoran continues. “Forget about the CV”.
“Think about their attitude and willingness to learn,” he adds. “I learned that.”
Commentators mostly agreed with Corcorana’s thoughts, one of the writing: “The best advice !!!! I agree 1000%; Makes the work and team environment also good! “
Others said that they were using her advice for the processes of employing their company.

Although not everyone said that it really works in their field.
