Anthony Vennare tried to guide a healthy lifestyle. Vennare claims that the lack of regulations in the health industry and supplements allows evil entities to learn from disinformation and ineffective products.
“There are so many nonsense and so much sales to a consumer from every Creator,” explains Vennare. “There was a study that was found that a large percentage of supplements on Amazon has no signs of the actual ingredient that they sell.”
He believes that a significant a part of the biological renewal industry is noise. Most people do not need technical solutions or diagnostics from one hundred biomarkers. They just have to introduce free and easy lifestyle changes.
“Most people, especially in the United States, have to walk, eat healthier, be active, be out of phones and be a little more social.”
After two serious terror of health, Vennare not believes in biohacking or “doing everything well” as an answer. He hit his routine to the vital things.
