The goal of an average sports coach is to win the game. The goal of a great coach is to win the tournament. The goal of a great coach is to build a great team. A terrific team may lose a few games or even the entire tournament, but it finally ends up being a long-term winner.

Goals are the results of decisions, not the other way around. Choosing to pursue one thing over one other. This implies that there are belongings you consciously select NO devote time, effort or resources.
