With the increase in “coding coding coding”, and technology firms pushes developers in their employment to take AI generative tools, a platform that scans gaps in the code generated by AI, raised a recent funding round.
The safety of oxen, which models risk each in AI and the Code, on Wednesday announced that it closed $ 60 million of the B series. The round was run by DTCP with IBM Ventures, Microsoft, Swisscom Ventures, Evolution Equity Partners and Team8, and the total number of OX increased to $ 94 million.
Greatsun ZIV and Lior Arzi founded OX with headquarters in New York and Tel (*60*) in 2021 and IT engineers by occupation, the couple met in Check Point, where they worked on product lines stopping the threat to a security company.
The OX platform, which recently profiled in 2022, is aimed at each security teams and programmers, offering code scanning tools in applications and securing a wider company supply chain. OX can model threats and even recommend corrections by helping in code reviews and generating executive reports that emphasize the violations and possible reasons for which they occurred.
“Over the past year, AI has significantly transformed the development of software,” said Ziv Techcrunch. “While these tools accelerate the development of both experienced programmers and beginners, they often lack critical thinking and judgment needed to catch subtle security defects … oxen releases the time of programmers, enabling them to focus on innovation, while improving the general security attitude of the organization.”
ZIV claims that OX analyzes over 100 million code lines every day for about 200 customers, including Etoro, Sofi and two of its investors, Microsoft and IBM.
“Our customer base includes companies from the Fortune 10 list to small and medium-sized companies,” said ZIV. “We also count military and government entities as clients, as well as federal agencies.”

According to ZIV, the recent OX capital can be intended for growth and expansion, because the 150-worker Startup competes for market participation with rivals akin to Snyk, Veracode, Summary and Checkmarx. OX generates about $ 10 million annual repetitive revenues-ZIV counts twice by the end of the year-and plans to be positive for money flow in the next two to three years.
“We want to set up long -term success and this is how we can focus on scaling and achieving our major goals,” said ZIV. “We noticed a significant increase in revenues and we received offers that give us the opportunity to jump. We thought it was the right time to take this step for the company.”
