When you think about the franchising industry, you almost certainly think of two groups: franchisors and franchisees. But there is a third group that is equally necessary – franchise suppliers. These are service providers that help franchisors and franchisees succeed and thrive by offering financing solutions, consulting, education, marketing, technology and more.
There are loads of them! How do franchisors and franchisees determine which suppliers they need to work with? To help with this, we present our seventh annual rating of the best franchise providers. This 12 months’s list recognized 162 best service providers in 11 categories.
To create this list, we conducted an annual survey of franchisors. This 12 months, we received responses from over 1,100 brands, from emerging franchisors to those who have been in business for a long time. These brands told us which suppliers they and their franchisees work with and also rated their satisfaction with these suppliers in terms of quality, cost and value. Each supplier was rated based on the survey results, and the suppliers with the highest scores were placed in their appropriate categories.
For franchisors and franchisees wondering which suppliers to work with, this list could also be a helpful start line, but is not intended to be a suggestion of any particular company.
