New survey with Resume.io Over 3,000 LinkedIn profiles were analyzed to seek out out what affects the name of individuals on corporate leadership. It seems that some names appear more often in authoritative roles than others.
The study concerned the names of individuals at the highest managerial level in the US, from general directors to managers, on LinkedIn and showed that John is “the most successful name in the business world.” Michael took number 2 and then David on 3.
Robert and Mark rounded the top five of the variety of performances. People named John had the most CEO positions, while Michael dominated the roles of CFO. Meanwhile, David was a popular name of managers.
Only one female name was on the list of the 10 best (Jennifer), which took place No. 6. Only a third of profiles resumed. Women were analyzed.
